Zillow lead-capture consent

Overnight Company, LLC · How a renter who contacts us through Zillow consents to be texted

Most of our rental inquiries arrive through Zillow. When a renter asks to tour one of our listings, Zillow shows the disclosure below before the request is sent. The renter enters their name, email and phone number, and by sending the request consents to the rental manager for that listing — Overnight Company, LLC — contacting them by call or text at the number they provided. This page documents that flow so it can be verified.

Shown beneath the form, directly above the “Send tour request” button:

By clicking "Send tour request", you consent to Zillow Group, the rental managers for the properties you choose to contact, and their respective service providers calling, texting, or sending voice or AI-generated messages to the phone number you provide in connection with your inquiry. These communications may include marketing content and may be sent using an autodialer or other automated means, including prerecorded or artificial voices. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of leasing any property. You also agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

What happens after the request

Zillow forwards the inquiry to us with the renter’s name, email and phone number. We reply about that inquiry — tour times, the application, the lease — by email and, once our text-messaging program is approved, by text to the number they provided. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. A renter can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of applying, leasing, or receiving any service from us.

Renters can also opt in to text updates directly on our sign-up page. Our own terms are in the Privacy Policy & SMS Terms.
