Overnight Company LLC ("we," "us") collects contact and application information that rental applicants and tenants provide to us directly — such as name, phone number, email address, and the information submitted on rental applications and leases. We use this information to operate our leasing and property management business: processing applications, scheduling tours, preparing and executing leases, coordinating move-ins, collecting rent, and coordinating maintenance.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Overnight Company LLC on a rental application, lease agreement, inquiry, or in other communications with us, you consent to receive text messages from Overnight Company LLC related to your inquiry, application, or tenancy. These messages may include application updates, tour scheduling and confirmations, lease and document requests, move-in coordination, rent reminders, and maintenance updates.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any rental application or lease.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business — for example, with consumer reporting agencies during application screening (with your authorization), with property owners we act for, with service providers such as maintenance contractors, or as required by law.
